The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining excellence in customer service. The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining operational compliance and adherence to company SOPs. This position is responsible for improving the CLP Experience for customers and field employees.

What you'll do:

* Responsible for meeting operational compliance and order fulfillment goals
* Reinforces a culture that places an emphasis on customer service
* Seeks ways to streamline processes for operational efficiency and excellence
* Analyzes customer and worker experience data to improve retention rates
* Handle customer complaints quickly to resolve issues. Include Market Manager when needed.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to Operation Specialists
* Responsible for both management and implementation of QAP, order fulfillment, payroll, pre liens, collections, VoiceBack, Safety (claim mgt, PPE, 1st day site visits), new hire interviews & orientations, update and maintain hard/electronic files, I9/E-verify
* Plays an active role in improving GM while delivering on CLP's Value Proposition
* Assist MM facilitate weekly and monthly meetings
* Meets regularly with Recruiting Manager, Sr. Account Manager and Market Manager to share customer and field employee experiences
* Network with other Central Compliance & Dispatch Mgrs within TrueBlue to share best practices

What you bring to the table:
* 3 to 5 years experience in customer service, compliance, and supervising.
* Construction industry knowledge and/or experience preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Highest commitment to customer service, development and satisfaction.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Bilingual language skills a plus.
* Valid Driver's License
* OSHA 30
