PrideStaff Financial has a great opportunity in the Phoenix area for a Sr. Billing Administrator! This position is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a great company offering excellent pay and benefits!!

Job Description:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly billings to clients
• Post all billing group data entry files as needed
• Run monthly reports for billing purposes
• Coordinate Accounts Receivable collections with PIC/PM
• Produce month end reports for financial book
• Update work order list for intranet on a monthly basis
• Run check and balance queries each Monday for errors
• Provide training, setup and assistance for IPR
• Assist project teams with questions
• Answer billing questions among other billing personnel
• In another team members absence, be able to assist their PIC's if necessary
• Assist supervisor as requested
• Foster communication link between the accounting billing department and other office locations
• Train accounting personnel as requested
• Maintain accurate and complete contract files for each project
• Entering and setup of new contracts
• Contribute to the vision, goals, and objectives of the company
• Take the initiative to assure quality service and staff and clients
• Be a reliable and punctual employee
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations
• Perform at a level to be recognized as a major contributor to the billing team
• Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Billing administration, financial reporting, and accounts receivable.
• Ability to successfully complete challenging assignments, including, but not limited to, implementation of specified procedures
• Critical thinking skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; research skills; Deltek Vision 7.0 and MS Office.
