Administrative Assistant

CoWorx Staffing is currently recruiting for Administrative Assistant openingsin Milford, MA and Framingham, MA. Candidates will perform a variety of supportduties including managing phones and customer inquiries, light accountingfunctions (A/P and A/R), calendar management and scheduling, typingcorrespondence, taking minutes, filing, receiving and distributing mail, andother duties as assigned. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and maintaina high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Hours are Monday-Friday8am-5pm

Position requirements:

• 2+ years of office administrative experience that may including billing or accounting
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word 2007, Excel 2007, Publisher, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
