Duties and Responsibilities
* Present the benefits of our products and create solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
* Determine customer requirements and needs in order to recommend specific products.
* Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures.
* Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes
* Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills.
* Manage time effectively and meet personal goals.
* Work effectively with other members of the team.
* Basic understanding of smart device technologies like phones, tablets and computers.
* Follow company and office policies in regards to both conduct and employee performance.
Required Skills and Experience
* No experience required
* Award winning sales training provided
* Must be honest, empathetic, assertive and systematic
* Decision-making, problem resolution and creative problem-solving skills
* High school education or equivalent.
* Prior sales experience is beneficial, but not essential
Hours and Training
* Part time, full time available and temporary schedules.
* Our representatives customize their own schedules with manager approval.
* 3 half days of basic training
* Weekly training and special conferences are provided for on-going development
Compensation and Benefits
* For students who qualify, our companies awards partial scholarships based on results
* This is an entry level position; however, you have the potential of earning significant income
* Advancement based on performance
* Travel & special events available
* Industry recognized resume experience
* Weekly pay
