Chef De Cuisine - Full-time

The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford's premier retirement community is seeking an experienced, energetic and mature individual to fill a full-time Chef position. Candidate must have a passion for cooking in a fast paced kitchen serving the nutritional needs of older adults. A Chef at the Manor is responsible for food preparation and presentation of daily meals along with special and catered events. Candidates must possess the ability to train cooking staff in the art of food preparation and sanitation regulations. This position requires 5-7 years cooking experience, at least one year as a Chef, with Culinary Certification preferred. Must be able to work independently and creatively and have a valid OR driver's license able to be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.
