Use your Sharp Business Skills to assist in end-to-end business process activities by creating, reviewing, controlling and improving processes. You will lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. Responsibilities include quality reporting, analysis, audits, developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools.


 


Positions in this function are responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This position is also responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs. May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of TQM incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field.


-4+ year of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis.


-2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.


-Skilled at problem solving, follow-through and resolution.


-Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).


-Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
