Staffmark is seeking Customer Service Representative for a client company in Orange County, CA. This position is for a great company with opportunity for growth potential.

Duties include (but not limited to) the following:

• Answering high volume of inbound calls in a call center environment
• Respond to customer inquiries, status and payment options
• Solving customer related issues and addressing complaints
• Route calls to appropriate department when needed
• Heavy data entry
• Light general office duties

Requirements
