Duties include (but not limited to) the following:
• Answering high volume of inbound calls in a call center environment
• Respond to customer inquiries, status and payment options
• Solving customer related issues and addressing complaints
• Route calls to appropriate department when needed
• Heavy data entry
• Light general office duties

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Customer Service in a Call Center environment
• Moderate computer skills; strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and diffuse situations in a timely manner
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a BIG PLUS
