CDL Class A Flatbed Driver - Full-time / Part-time

Spartan is currently hiring an experienced CDL Class “A” FlatBed Driver for the Tampa, FL area. Job Description As the CDL Class “A” Flatbed Driver you will be responsible for making product delivery to various customers. This is an on-call / on-demand driving opportunity. We have 2 opportunities, 1 st and 2 nd shifts. Job Requirements • Flat bed experience required • Must be available for on-call and on-demand driving assignments (work could lead to full-time) • Must perform inspections before and after a trip • Will assisted unloading and loading products from the trailer to destination • Must follow appropriate safety procedures to transport cargo and maintain logs of vehicle repair status and working hours • Must manage proof of delivery paperwork from customers • Must have valid Florida CDL Class A License and DOT • Must have good ccustomer service and communication skills • Must be comfortable working under pressure and display good work ethic • High School Diploma or GED Ideal Warehouse Associate Candidates • Minimum of 5 years experience as a CDL Driver • Committed to safety at all times • Excellent attendance Pay Rate: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour BOE Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am start or 3:00pm start; 1 st and 2 nd shift available.
