Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Receives and attempts to resolve customer service problems/questions in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce cancellations. Impacts revenues through efforts to sell new customers/services and retain existing customers. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Directly responsible for customer retention.
  • Dispatches by radio, service calls, and additional productions.
  • Assists in calling customers to confirm scheduled appointments.
  • Records and reports service and cancel information to management.
  • Maintains customer database.
  • Identifies or creates customer wants and needs and offers solutions/benefits to sell new or additional services.
  • Provides answers/solutions to customer inquiries and problems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience and or training
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Effectively present information and respond to customer questions
