Babel's is a fast pace full service Paint and Decorating Store with 5 locations serving Southeastern Massachusetts. Babel's caters to retail and commercial customers in our service area. Babel's features Benjamin Moore Paint, Hunter Douglas Blinds along with an extensive line of paint and decorating needs.
This is an exciting time for Babel's as we continue to grow and expand our client base in this growing retail market. We are looking for team players that have excellent communication skills, good time management skills, and can prioritize. The candidate must run the business like they own it.
If you are a seasoned, hands on retail manager that believes in great customer service, driving sales and building a team that wants to deliver superior customer service, we would like to discuss a career at Babel's with you.
Required Experience:
* At least 3 years in a management position in a retail environment.
* Prospecting new business and the ability to drive the team for increased sales
* Driving product margin to insure the staff is selling the best products for the job
* Inventory Management
* Merchandising techniques including stock and daily cleaning.
* Daily operations including hiring, training ,scheduling, and payroll management
* Ability to set goals and expectation.
