IT Administrator

PizzaRev is adding an IT Associate to its corporate team, based in Westlake Village, CA. This position requires a candidate to be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal direction and supervision. Please note that if you do not have POS experience with ALOHA your application will not be considered as that is the main function of this role with respect to store support.

Job Description:

• Serve as company liaison for all Aloha needs - This is the primary function of the role

• Provide full IT support at the corporate office for all employees and general office needs (i.e. SharePoint / exchange emails / extranet maintenance/ printers / network maintenance / and any other future platforms that will be rolled out)

• Work with PizzaRev store Managers to roll out, maintain and provide continued technical support on a daily basis

• Primary Location: LA & Ventura County -- required to travel among all current and future PizzaRev's restaurant locations and surrounding communities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in the Aloha POS, CFC, CMC OLO, ATO and Insight

• Proficient in management of Microsoft's hosted products

• Previous experience supporting a fast casual franchise system

• Effective communications skills and ability to follow directions

• Ability to speak clearly and comfortably in front of a group

• Energetic, comfortable and eager to engage with PizzaRev employees of all levels -- this

includes conversations in-person, via phone and online

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for consistent travel

• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting an IT Dept.

• Associate's/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

• Self-motivated candidate whom will take ownership of projects & elevate them to the next level
