The world's premier manufacturer and distributor of snow-making equipment is seeking a full-time bookkeeper/office manager.
Requirements:
Full operating knowledge of Excel
Bookkeeping and Accounting principles (particularly AR/AP)
General payroll procedures (ADP, Paychex)
ERP Data-entry experience (NA Vision, SAP)
The successful candidate will have at least two years' college, and three or more years' bookkeeping/accounting and office management experience.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Filing
Data retention
General office duties
Phones
AR/AP
Payroll
$15 - $18/hour DOE, evaluation to hire. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation 13 paid holidays, and a generous 401K matching upon hire.
