StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D, 12 N Pay Rate: $36.01 *

This hospital system has been named a 2012 Leapfrog Top Hospital, which evaluates safety and top physician and nurse staffing. The 20 bed ICU of this hospital sees patient diagnosis in General Med Surg, Respiratory, Cardiac and Severe Sepsis/Septic Shock.

12 Night 6:45p - 7:15a
12 Day 6:45a- 7:15p
Critical care nurses (CCU RNs) assist in the treatment of acutely ill patients with life-threatening conditions, in settings requiring continuous vigilance, complex assessment, and high-intensity therapies and interventions. Working with the patients and their families, ICU RNs strive to create healing, humane and caring environments while also focusing on patient advocacy, working in settings such as intensive care units and cardiac care units, where patients require complex assessment, high-intensity therapies and interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance.
Required Qualifications
ICU experience, specilfically MS Respiratory, Cardiac, severe Sepsis/Septic shock
ACLS, BLS certifications
Vent, Stroke and Rhythm interpretation experience
Float to Telemetry and MS units
Preferred Qualifications
