BARTENDERS

The Bartender prepares and serves food, alcohol, and other beverages to customers in an efficient and pleasant manner and according to AMF standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

• Takes food and beverage orders from customers; serves food and beverages, accepts payment and makes correct change.
• Serves alcohol, other beverages, and food, in measured quantities and according to AMF standards.
• Practices suggestive and upselling marketing techniques.
• Adheres to local and state regulations for food service.
• Maintains the sanitation and organization of bar wares and supplies, bar, lounge, and serving areas according to local regulations and AMF standards. Washes, rinses, and sanitizes bar wares and utensils.
• Receives alcoholic beverage and supplies when necessary. Verifies the quality and accuracy of all deliveries and invoices to ensure correct costing and billing by vendors.
• Adheres to all state, local and AMF regulations and laws concerning the service of food and beverage products.

High School Diploma and three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
