Groundskeeper/Maintenance
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for maintaining the grounds and parking areas of the distribution center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, upkeep of grounds (landscaping, parking lot, grass mowing, raking, and tree trimming), maintain and repair landscaping equipment; follow all Standard Operating Procedures and safety/security guidance; must be able to be trained/licensed to operate powered equipment as assigned. Perform other related duties, special projects or assignments as required.
Skills Summary:
Must understand, and be able to follow, written and oral instructions; must be able to work independently; must be safety conscious, flexible, and adaptable to change; must lift, move, and push objects weighing at least 25 pounds on a regular basis; additional lifting of up to 75 pounds may be required with assistance.
