Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the NRC team which consists of 5-7 staff members and oversee the screening and sourcing of multiple high volume clients.
  • Support/Respond to business development opportunities to improve the candidate experience and promote C.A.R.E.S for all internal team members and internal customers
  • Mentor team of candidate care agents
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with staff to track performance
  • Conduct daily meetings to review campaign updates and set work priorities
  • Deliver bi-annual and annual performance reviews to direct reports.
  • Deliver counseling, warnings, and terminations to staff as needed.
  • Approve time-off requests and monitor personal time usage.
  • Implement new accounts and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop call monitoring and quality evaluations for each Candidate Care Agent
  • Manage wait times, call volumes and capacity via Five 9 Call Management Software
  • Assist NRC Manager with establishing performance standards and managing performance to achieve/exceed set standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing team to accountabilities.
  • Minimum of 4 years customer service and 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Project management experience highly desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills; intermediate PowerPoint.
