Duties: Respond efficiently to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries to determine the needs and be able to provide recommendations, quotes and assist with the order process Execute in house mailings Assure Customer satisfaction Process all work orders accurately and obtain customer approval Work closely with the production area Maintain a good working relationship with all vendors Qualifications: MS Office and POS/QuickBooks Possess a good understanding of basic sales and telemarketing tactics Have excellent communication and customer services skills ES123
