We are seeking Warehouse Associates for a great opportunity with one of our clients.

Our client has open positions for the following shifts:

1st 7am to 3:30pm

2nd 3pm to 11:30pm

3rd 11pm to 7:30am

Job Purpose:

To safely produce or pack best quality product while operating associated tasks of blow mold equipment, trimmers, and testing equipment; ensure safe and efficient storage of finished product; perform necessary documentation; and perform assigned preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Responsible for obeying all company safety policies and procedures.

Wear proper Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering production area.

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) when entering the production area.

Participate in monthly safety training as scheduled and provided by the company.

Report all unsafe acts, conditions and accidents to Shift Production Supervisor immediately.

*Utility knives will not be used on the production floor*

Obey all machine guards and safety warnings.

2. Responsible for production and/or packing the best quality product at all times.

3. Responsible for maintaining a clean production floor and equipment.

4. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment properly trained to operate.

5. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of blow mold equipment properly trained to

operate.

6. Responsible for the proper removal and storage of all finished product, raw material and parts

during equipment, color and/or product changeovers.

7. Responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation during the shift.

8. Perform assigned Preventive Maintenance tasks as instructed by the Maintenance and/or

Production Manager.

9. Responsible for active participation on plant teams and activities including safety, quality,

sustainability, community development, employee wellness, OEE, and continuous improvement

which are required to create and maintain a World Class environment.

Abilities and Qualifications Required:

Production Associate should possess a sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation and the desire to improve the business.
    Must have prior warehouse experience. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.Must be flexible with hours.Must be able to read, write and understand English.Must be able to take direction and work well with others.Must be able to meet deadlines.Must be detailed oriented.Must be able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
