PrideStaff Financial, a specialty accounting and finance recruiting firm, seeks Accounts Payable Specialists for temp-to-hire positions in the North Atlanta area.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following job duties:
-Purchase Orders maintenance
-Verifying receiving d ocuments daily
-Matching up invoices with receiving documents
-Coding all invoices with proper G/L codes
-Submitti ng all invoices for approval
-Entering invoices into system
-Weekly c heck run
-Review PO's periodically to ensure proper movement in the system
-Ensure all check requests and PO' are properly approved
-Audit Expense Reports and submit for reimbursement
-Audit c redit c ard s tatements and clear any PO's
Requirements for Accounts Payable Specialist:
-1+ years of accounts payable experience
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Team player
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office.
-Provide two work related references
-Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
