About this job
We are currently seeking multiple customer service representatives for a company in Grand Island, NY. Qualified candidates need 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and have strong typing skills. Experience using SAP is highly desirable. Bachelor's Degree in either Business, Biology, or Chemistry is highly preferred. This is a long term opportunity that pays $15.00 an hour.
