Manufacturing Company seeking an experienced Front office Admin to provide Support to its manufacturing operation and Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Managing telephone calls from customers regarding service problems, questions of competition, and potential for additional sales. Refers customers to appropriate branch personnel for fast and positive action as necessary.
2. Handles clerical accounts receivable duties and light payroll. Maintains collections at a percentage according to company policy. Reviews all contracts for completeness and first paid invoices. Key member of “two-charge†meetings.
3. Preps customers and sales and service representatives on a daily basis for cash collection. Summarizes and reviews deposits, and prepares banking at the end of each day.
4. Maintains petty cash and records on an accurate basis.
5. Provides administrative support for sales persons and branch manager.
6. Files contracts, initiates route cards, etc.
7. Provides clerical support for the branch.
8. Administers customer credit in accordance with established company policies for new and current accounts.
9. Dispatches service calls on an on-going basis during the course of the business day making judgment decisions as per Branch Manager regarding personnel who are in a position to most efficiently solve customer service problems.
10. Disperses in-coming and out-going mail on a daily basis.
11. Verifies route bank deposits and prepares deposits for the branch on a daily basis.
12. Other tasks as they arise and are assigned by the branch manager.
13. Processes all accounts payable materials, purchase orders and purchase receipts in Dynamics PO system.
14. Prepares branch payroll on a daily basis and completes payroll report for branch manager and submission to corporate.
