About this job
Will be in a support role assisting existing clients and taking escalated calls. Will be responsible for enrollment presentations and proof-reading / editing presentation materials. Also responsible for retention, development and education to existing clients.
***NOT an entry level position, at least 3 years experience in Benefits is required!
Job Duties:
- Primary contact for designated client representatives.
- Market, service, develop and retain assigned accounts in coordination with producers.
- Support agency account rounding and retention objectives, as well as targeted mix of business, underwriting guidelines, and volume commitments.
- Obtain renewal information, complete applications, obtain markets, resolve service problems.
- Plan and orchestrate client initial and subsequent enrollment/educational meetings.
- Liaison between our clients and service vendors.
- Interact with all appropriate internal departments as their functions relate to our clients.
- Point person for client Summary Plan Document formulation and maintenance.
- Retain and develop accounts by making recommendations regarding effective plan designs to the Producer. Seek the most cost effective requested insurance coverage's, prepare proposals, evaluate and recommend other lines of coverage, and provide additional resources as needed.
