CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

DUTIES PERFORMED

• Receives/returns cloths from/to customers
• Tags cloths, makes description and enters full information about the cloths into computer's database.
• Prepares cloths for driver to pick up
• Receives cloths and organizes per orders
• Keeps the store clean
• Opens or close the store
• Checks brochures supply
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

? Bilingual in English & Spanish is a MUST!

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

? Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking

Minimum Training and Experience Requirements

? At least 2 years of experience in laundry and dry cleaning that is directly related to the job and consistent with accepted practices of the trade.

Location : Dry Cleaning Drop off Store (Boca Raton)

Schedule : 7am to 3 pm OR 2pm to 7pm. Monday - Saturday.

Pay Range : $12 +2% of gross income personally gathered at drop off store.

Group medical insurance if ready to join (some amount should be paid by employee).
