We are looking for someone who has good phone skills, good computer skills, organized and able to multiple tasks at the same time. It's a fast past environment and need someone who is willing to work each day (reliable person) and very professional. Person will be here to answer phones, enter orders into the system and follow up calls to customers. Assignment length is approx. 6 - 8 weeks. Job description: -Provide problem resolution by listening, investigating and resolving call center customer problems. -Cabinet Orders and Pickups -Cabinet Movements -Service issues, repairs and parts request -New customer leads, distributor contact/follow-up -POS Requests -Store Receipting -Prioritize call responses and timeliness of follow-up based on severity of the call and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner. -Work with distributors on pending tickets on the web based system (duplicate deliveries, UPC issues, etc.) -Monitor existing Cabinets Assets in the system to ensure accuracy of cabinet locations. -Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all types of personalities in difficult situation -Exceptional customer service and teamwork practices at ll times.
