Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate Needed:

TEWKSBURY Edible Arrangements is looking for its next great customer service/sales team member. We are looking to fill this position with an outgoing, energetic well organized, outgoing person who is at ease with working with the general public and has exvellent communication skills.  Our team members are willing to go above and beyond for each customer. Excellent phone and interpersonal skills are a must! Prior customer service and/or sales experience is a plus. If you are passionate about giving customers a great experience and enjoy making someone’s day then we want you!  PT positions available. Flexible availability is a must. Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.

Manages difficult customer situations immediately in a calm and professional manner.

 Communication is key - keeping daily activities clear for all team members

Assisting with the production team when not assisting customers.
