Work hours: 7 -5:30pm M -T

- “Must” have knowledge in Customer Service

- Knowledge of ERP systems for entering Sales Orders

- 5 plus years of Manufacturing experience in an Aerospace environment (Automotive Industry okay as well)

- Strong organizational skills & follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Be able to manage internal/external customer requirements
- Bilingual a plus

Responds to customer mail and phone inquiries to place sales orders, provide feed-back on
order status, report on delivery dates, and resolve problems.
2) Enters customer data to the Company database following established procedures.
3) Maintains customer contacts and feed-back and adheres to Company standards for
responsiveness.
4) Maintains records and prepares reports on order transactions.
5) Expedites orders in response to critical customer requirements
