Retail Shift Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking energetic, friendly, reliable sales associates for both FULL TIME and/or PART TIME "OVERNIGHT" SHIFTS (typically 10PM-6AM) at bustling, franchised 7-Eleven store in Central Garage, King William County, approximately 12 miles northeast of Mechanicsville, VA. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, polite and well mannered, sensitive to customer needs, team oriented, and able to multi-task. A typical work shift will include engaging customers, cashiering, plus selling, preparing food, cleaning both inside and outside the store, stocking (must be able to lift at least 30 pounds), ordering, checking in vendors, and basic computing. Reliability is a must! Candidates must have reliable transportation, wireless communication accessibility, and be dedicated to fulfilling a pre-arranged work schedule. Flexibility a plus. Retail experience helpful, but not a necessary. Willing to train person with great people skills, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic. Work shirts provided, but employee expected to furnish appropriate pants (clean, whole jeans/khakis) and closed toe shoes. Employee appearance important. No/very limited visible tattoos and no facial jewelry preferred.
