The ideal candidate will possess the following: -Great attitude and customer-service oriented personality. -Excellent attendance & punctuality. -Reliable transportation as well as valid license, registration and insurance. -Will be able to pass required background and MVR checks. -The drive to increase sales and profitability and to lead the store and staff to perform at their best and to learn and excel. -Willingness to learn and excel. -Previous experience with inventory control, labor costs, and computer knowledge. -The desire to succeed and earn excellent bonuses! -Be at least 18 years of age.
