TEAM LEADERS
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trains and supervises each Team Member to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures. Corrects errors as necessary.
- Performs one cleaning function (kitchen, bathroom, dusting or vacuuming) and assists with cleaning duties in every home.
- Instructs staff in work policies and procedures and in the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Inspects and maintains the vehicle, supplies, and equipment. Reports any mechanical problems to appropriate staff member.
Requirements
- Investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding worker performance, services and/or equipment, and takes corrective action.
- Interacts with clients in a positive, professional manner.
- Meet with managers and other supervisors to stay informed of changes affecting operations.
