Cook - Full-time / Part-time

Request team minded people. Self-sufficient in all areas of the kitchen while keeping the whole kitchen’s purpose in mind; hot, fresh, food, fast with a constant emphasis on outstanding guest service. Some guest interaction. Become proficient in cooking chicken products, French fries, Texas toast, etc. Practice food and operational safety. Will be using chopping machines, hot fryers, hot grills and knives. Will also be taught food safety practices in detail; hold times, temperatures, cook times, etc. Also responsible for restaurant and dish room cleanliness. Cooks work at a fast pace and should be able to multi-task.
