We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Restaurant Marketing Director.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Position Summary:  Oversee the development, planning, and execution of marketing efforts in support of the Chick-fil-A brand. These efforts will include relationship marketing utilizing A-List, community events in the restaurant and opportunities to further the brand in the community.  Additional roles include the oversight of print, online, and social medias. 

Qualifications: (Required)

  • Four year degree (Marketing degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Proven leadership ability as exampled by previous experience
  • Effective communications skills as exampled by previous experience
  • Computer proficiency in HTML coding, social media outlets, Office Suite, Photoshop, web database management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Has oversight of the A-List program
  • Responsible for the oversight and development of the marketing department team members
  • Responsible for the planning, budgeting and execution of the marketing plan each year
  • Coordinate Special Team Member Events
  • Coordinate Marketing events and delegate responsibilities, as deemed appropriate
  • Communicates support requirements to Executive Team for scheduling and material purposes
  • Community Donations/Fundraising request and fulfillment
  • Ensure in-Store POP and visual appeal are at standard
  • Works with the Cow specialist to ensure a consistent appearance schedule
  • Social Media
  • Effective time manager
  • Ensures all print and logo usage is to standard
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store.

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

  • Fill in as an operations member as needed or requested
  • Fill in for the other directors as requested
  • Perform related tasks as requested

Job Competencies/Success Factors:

  • Four year Marketing Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong team player.
  • Personally takes the initiative to develop leaders in the business. 
  • Being a positive influence and role model.
  • Successful implementation of the Marketing plans, including meeting the yearly budget.
  • High-level execution of the A-List and market wide quarterly events.
