Globus is looking for individuals to become Part-time Travel Consultants in our Customer Care Call Center. The selected individuals will start on either November 3rd or December 1st with an extensive three-week training class that will run from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Our call center is located in Littleton. The Part-time positions will offer a variety of schedules Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturdays 7:00am - 3:30pm.
* Regular Part-Time positions will include a 24 - 30 hour work week, year-round, based on business need.

Specifically we are looking for:
* A minimum of three months in a sales capacity within a call center environment.
* Excellent sales and service skills and experience
* Outstanding communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to write effective email communications
* Technical and functional skills at an intermediate to advanced level using a variety of computer applications - Intranet, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
* Ability to type at least 45 wpm
* Individuals who like to multi-task and can handle a busy environment
* An interest in travel and/or a working knowledge of geography
* The ability to work well in a team environment

More information about the position:
The Travel Consultant in Customer Care is responsible for the following results:
* Reaching and exceeding sales objectives by selling travel packages, product up-sells, and servicing accounts.
* Handling inbound and outbound sales calls and e-mails using GVI's customer service and sales protocols.
* Answering customer inquiries by maintaining product knowledge and destination expertise.
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring customers receive accurate, timely, and quality information about the products we are supplying, and resolving customer dissatisfactions by researching, evaluating and resolving complaints.

All selected applicants will be required to pass an online call center sales test and successfully complete a writing exercise prior to interviewing for the position.
