-Be able to drive crew from jobsite to jobsite
-Maintain equipment and vehicle in good working order by performing routine maintenance.
-Maintain a neat and orderly bay
-Keep properties that are assigned to that crew maintained as follows:
-Weed removal
-Grass cutting
-Debris removal
-Keep ornamental trees limbed
-Pruning
-Keep crew members organized and focused on the job and maintain efficiency
