Job Summary/Job responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
*To plan, organize, train and supervise a crew of 8 to 10 Quick Service Restaurant Crew Members.
*To contribute to building sales and profitability.
*Shift Managers are expected to work at least 35 to 40 hours a week with a mixture of day shift and night shifts (mall hours) to ensure adequate coverage.
*Other duties: Cash Management; Inventory Control; Monitoring HACCP, Maintenance of the Cleaning Schedule.
Successful Candidate's Skills & Qualifications:
-Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff members.
-Managerial/Supervisory Experience in a quick service restaurant (at least 1 year, a plus)
-ServSafe Manager certification (a plus)
-Knowledge of HACCP processes (a plus)
