ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
The essential function of the Asset Protection Coordinator is to reduce losses to h.h.gregg. The Asset Protection Coordinator will be a partner to the store and distribution centers, by providing training and continued support. Findings will be reported in a timely and unbiased fashion to Divisional Asset Protection Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities of the Asset Protection Coordinator are essential in the daily execution of the position:
•Ensures that store personnel are following established policies and procedures regarding inventory and payment control.
•Conducts inventory and cash spot checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
•Provides ongoing guidance and support to store and DC management personnel in regard to inventory and payment controls.
•Conducts/observes full store inventories as assigned.
•Conducts store reviews (audits) based on risk level.
•Conducts alarm audits and report needed corrections
•Conducts safety training, following up on workers comp and customer accident trends
•Support role in investigations.

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be willing to work a schedule that meets the needs of the department, including appropriate amount of travel. Should expect moderate to heavy travel.
•Must reside in vicinity of assigned territory.
•Must have excellent working knowledge of HP system, including all applicable screens, programs and reports.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Job Classification: Medium
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
