We're the leading fast-casual soup restaurant concept, serving 12 always-rotating, award-winning soups and made-to-order sandwiches and salads.
As a Shift Leader, you will manage groups of Team Members, promote the Zoup! culture, prepare and serve our fresh menu items according to recipes, while creating a great experience for our customers. A big part of your job will be to consistently maintain our high standards for quality, customer service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness. You also should be:
Able to create and lead the Zoup! culture
Positive and comfortable engaging with customers
Highly aware and extremely thorough in everything you do
Open to training and willing to follow procedures
Able to demonstrate knowledge of our brand and menu items
As a Team Member you will prepare and serve our fresh menu items according to recipes, while creating a great experience for our customers. A big part of your job will be to consistently maintain our high standards for quality, customer service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness. You also should be:
Positive and comfortable engaging with customers
Highly aware and extremely thorough in everything you do
Open to training and willing to follow procedures
