Dishwasher Position for Bon Appetit Management is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of dish machine, dish return from conveyor, dish room and kitchen. Specific duties include: cleaning floor mats, stacking all dishware safely and restocking all items to kitchen and Cafe. Must notify the Manager of any breakage and cleaning supply needs.
MAJOR DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS:
Collect, sorts and washes dishes.
Refills cafe servery with clean utensils, plates, and bowls.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and large equipment.
Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
Comply with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
Remove all compostables, recyclables and trash to designated containers.
Assist in back dock organization and proper trash and waste receptacle treatment.
Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
Transport bus pans from micro-kitchens to dish area.
Transfer supplies, equipment and food between storage and work areas.
MINOR DUTIES:

Assist with the set up of special events or additional kitchen spaces.
