- You are responsible for the store while you are on duty and we expect you to run the store safely, professionally, while keeping the store at the highest standards set by Urban Fire.
- We expect you to be agile in your day to day schedule to accommodate unforeseen needs at the store.
- You will be responsible for keeping the store at the highest standards of cleanliness, quality of food we serve, and service to our customers.
- Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
- Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
- Performs day-to-day responsibilities such as using cash register, operating grill and sandwich maker, taking customer orders, etc., as needed.
