McAlister's Deli is currently searching for restaurant Cashiers, Servers and Kitchen Positions to work in one of its nine restaurant locations in Louisville (KY), Elizabethtown (KY) and Clarksville (IN).
Are you tired of working at a place where you go home smelling like greasy French fries? Well McAlister's Deli has no fryers and no grills, so we have a much cleaner work environment.
The restaurants open at 10:30 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays) so you do not have to get up earlier or stay too late when working at McAlister's Deli. We offer our employees a better quality of life in a clean, comfortable, upscale atmosphere, with reasonable working hours and competitive pay.
Job Requirements
McAlister's Deli employees are expected to:
* Have reliable transportation to work
* Be reliable and show up to work on time
* Work with a friendly and positive attitude toward customers and other employees.
* Be able to communicate clearly and politely to customers.
* Work in a fast pace, high energy environment
* Be able to spend 90% of working time standing
* Arrive at work properly groomed with neat and clean designated clothing
* Understand the importance of maintaining a clean restaurant
