At Three Fold, we take our noodles very seriously, but it's the building of a healthful, flavorful and rooted food culture that's our mainstay. Our purpose is to cultivate a taste for authentic food made with high quality, fresh ingredients; yet tradition is the root to everything we make. Our handmade dumplings draw on those made in the homes of Northeast China, our vibrantly flavored noodles from the street vendors of Wuhan. Everything we serve is made fresh daily, which means we're looking to hire a team of dumpling dunking, noodle slurping, wonton-loving people to get the job done. The first step to building your career at Three Fold begins with learning to craft the perfect bowl of noodles. As a member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn as you grow - develop your knowledge of Chinese culinary arts, polish your skills in customer service and propel yourself to the next level through each phase of your Three Fold career. Whether you have entry-level experience in the restaurant industry, or no experience at all, you can cultivate your working restaurant knowledge as an entry-level crew member and progress from there.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Each of our crew members oversees the role of prep cook, cashier, dishwasher, assembler, host, busser, etc. and works directly with customers to prepare and serve meals in a way that satisfies Three Fold's service and cleanliness guidelines. The ability to stand for five-plus hours and lift at least 30 pounds serve as definitive hiring points. We'll train you to learn every role and step of our meticulous craft and you'll receive Three Fold certification as you progress and grow. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Food prep: - Following food preparation processes, and maintaining proper food handling, cleanliness and safety standards; - Preparing food throughout the day, anticipating and responding to fluctuations in customer volume; - Assembling meals quickly and accurately and appropriating ingredients according to Three Fold guidelines. Customer Service: - Providing quality, friendly customer service to each of our guests; - Taking guests' food orders and handling cash and credit transactions; - Maintaining efficiency and professionalism in a high-traffic environment; - Working toward fluently expressing and understanding the Three Fold work ethic and philosophy; - Acting with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Three Fold. Other: - Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensuring proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, kitchen and prep areas; - Participating and engaging in employee training.

As a crew member, you must be eager to work and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
