Job Description:

As a Customer Account Representative you will work with your Supervisors and fellow teammates to provide the customer the highest quality of customer service possible- via email, telephone and live instant messaging within the call center.

Responsibilities include:

-Interacting with customers via our 3 different methods of communication to provide information and process account inquiries in regards to our products and services.
-Process customer questions and technically troubleshoot issues according to established department policies and procedures
-Troubleshoot technical issues on computer/tablet/cell phone applications
-Answer inbound calls and make outgoing calls
-Maintain customer confidentiality
-Adopt and promote company values
-Be knowledgeable of all new developments and procedures regarding department and company protocols.
-Provide timely feedback to company regarding service failures or customer concerns
-Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers via our 3 methods of customer contact
-Work according to set goals and targets
-Strong teamwork capabilities
-Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
-Some college preferred
-Analytical problem solving skills
-Advanced knowledge/use of Windows/Mac OS
-Experience with Android/iPhone/Windows cellphone and tablets
-Intermediate knowledge of technical support for computers
-Effective oral and written communications skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to follow verbal and written communication
-Type at least 40wpm
-Excellent time management skills (ability to organize and manage multiple tasks)
-Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
