- Supervise, monitor, track and direct day to day operations to staff

- Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Working Hours 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday (occasional weekends for inventory purposes)
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Word & Excel
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting (medical terminology)
- 2+ years of management experience (coaching, performance evaluations)
- Basic proficiency with SharePoint
Assets:
- Previous call center experience
- Associate's degree or higher
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse
- Office environment
