The Administrative Assistant is expected to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties.  The Administrative Assistant is expected to answer phones, complete administrative duties (which may include assistance with accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection of documents, creating reports, greeting guest and support others staff members with clerical tasks.
 
Primary Duties
 
  • Assists the office in daily operation task to include researching, typing, filling, returning and answering telephone calls.
  • Assist other office staff members as directed by the Director.
  • Record notes in office meetings and create office meeting minutes
  • Assist in answer incoming client and caregiver phone calls.
  • Assists in making reference calls on prospective caregivers in a timely manner.
  • Collect, package and distribute office related material as requested.
  • Take incoming inquiry calls and collect necessary information.
  • Order Supplies and keep track of inventory.
 
 
Ideal Candidate should have the following:
 
Able to multi tasks in a busy office
Able to communicate effectively including written and oral
Be able to operate office equipment including Computers, Ipads, Laptops, Scanners, Copiers
Experience preferred
