Job Objective:

As a working supervisor will provide support to Management in store operations, proper in-store training, directing the work of hourly team members and proficiently handling guest service, product preparation and cleaning/maintenance of the store. Occasionally will be required to run a shift (in full charge of the restaurant with no salary management on the premises).

Essential Functions:

  • Perform all guest services, product preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties as needed or assigned, to insure company standards are achieved.
  • Assist Management by training hourly team members according to prescribed methods and procedures.
  • Assumes full responsibility for operations of the restaurant when the restaurant Manager and/or assistant managers are not on the premises.
  • Direct and supervise the work flow of other hourly team members when restaurant Manager and assistant managers are not in the immediate area.
  • Motivates other hourly team members and demonstrates outstanding leadership style while maintaining C.A.P.S.
  • Provides support to management by handling certain aspects of management duties such as: cash register readings, banking including deposits, paperwork, inventory, etc.

Minimum Requirements: (Recommended)

  • Minimum 3 months Arby’s or equivalent restaurant experience
  • Minimum age of 18 (required)
  • Completion of the Arby’s Training Program
  • Availability acceptable to Manager and restaurant needs
