Production Technician

SERVPRO would like to hire you for a position in our restoration service production team. The new hire will be responding to emergency calls to commercial and residential structures that have been affected by water, fire, and or mold damage. The position requires that the technician be on call to respond after hours, weekends and holidays based on a schedule. Experience is necessary and we will also train the right hire for what we do. It is absolutely necessary that the applicant be able to pass a background check (NO FELONY OR CONVICTION WITH DRUGS, THEFT, OR VIOLENCE).

Applicants must have the ability to lift 75 pounds or more, have excellent customer service skills, and experience working with tools and machinery.

Clean driving and criminal record required for position.

Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met. Support Crew Chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed.

Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations.

Comply with safety policies as outlined in the Safety Manual. Utilize cleaning products, mechanical equipment, and personal protective equipment properly. Maintain a clean, safe work area.

Enroll in all relevant training programs and achieve all relevant production certifications. Examples include ECTP and WRT.

Report and/or resolve any complaints about the performance of services.

Part-time and full-time positions available. We offer vacation, sick time, paid holidays, and bonuses for emergency services if the job came in after hours and health insurance. Overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40 hours per week.
