Home Instead Senior Care of Waltham is seeking a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator for our Waltham office. This is a 25 to 30 hour a week position Monday through Friday. You will have primary responsibility for sourcing, interviewing, and conducting initial orientation for Caregivers for our client base located in Waltham, Watertown, Brookline and Newton. Ability to multitask is a must since you will also help with other office tasks including scheduling clients and taking initial client and caregiver inquiries. Experience training and hiring part time employees is preferred.
