Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to help the Store Manager to ensure the highest level of service to both internal and external customers. The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, prompt and friendly customer service, as well as a clean, fully stocked, location. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for the store profitability, payroll control, and margin of the location.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3-5 years of previous retail management experience required, grocery experience preferred.
