Kitchen Department Manager
Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Kitchen Department Manager is to manage the regular administrative and food preparation functions of the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will work to plan and organize all kitchen processes maintaining high production, quality, consistency, safety and maximum efficiency. This position includes the scheduling and completion of evaluations and performance management of all assigned kitchen staff. The Kitchen Manager will work together with the Deli Manager/Catering Manager to coordinate menus and services provided by the Kitchen.
