Directors in Training A director's responsibilities include managing the total operations of a large, multi-faceted early childhood program and fostering a nurturing environment for children, families and staff members. Qualified candidates must have experience in early childhood education or related field, be director qualified by DCFS with at least 18 credit hours in early childhood education and must have previous teaching early childhood experience. Teachers Part-time and full-time teaching positions working with two through five-year-olds. Candidates must be experienced in early childhood education, elementary education, child and family studies or a related field, and have experience working with young children. Coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus. Infant and Toddler Caregivers Part-time and full-time positions. Must have experience working with infants and toddlers and enjoy the care and nurturing of our youngest children, ages two months to twenty-four months. Teacher Assistants Part-time positions are available. Candidates must have their high school diploma and experience working with young children.
