The Business Process Manager will be responsible for managing components of the Risk Adjustment Retrieval Operation.  The Business Process Manager will be responsible for reviewing reports and performing the analytics necessary to provide recommendations and action plans to exceed client and program requirements. In addition, the Business Process Manager may be assigned the overall program and production management for specific programs and initiatives, specific vendors or internal partners.

Other responsibilities will include:

-Create Reports using Excel, Access or SQL.
-Demonstrate a firm understanding of the program requirements, operating procedures, and exception processing in order to provide recommendations for operational action plans.
-Creation and/or oversight of the Standard Operation Procedures, Program SLAs and contractual requirements.
-Provide support for both short and long term operational/ business strategies.
-Work collaboratively with business and function owners on solutions and progress tracking.

OFFICE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN BRENTWOOD, TN

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree preferred.
-At least 4 years of experience in a role driving and supporting projects in a large organization.
-Experience running an operation required.
-Experience with capacity planning, production management and analytical reporting required.
-At least 4 years experience in:
--Operations Management
--Financial and Capacity Modeling experience OR
--Risk Adjustment OR
--Dx Coding OR
--HEDIS OR
--STARS OR
-Ability to produce within a fast paced, matrixed organization with limited direction.
-Demonstrated ability leading and delivering high quality, and client communication.
-Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint REQUIRED; Visio & SharePoint assets.
